Completely renovated in 2022, the cottage is the newest addition to our collection of tiny houses, especially designed for families or a group of friends looking for a quiet and relaxing break in the countryside. The house is a cozy family nest tucked in the middle of an orchard, surrounded by apple trees and with breathtaking views on the fields and the windmill of Zuidzande.
The detached house of 80m2 is on 2 floors, and has 2 double bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds), 1 single sofa-bed in the nigh hall, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, a spacious living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. It has its private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a private terrace and a South facing garden. The cottage can accomodate up to 5 guests in total.
195€ per night (week), 220€ per night (week-end & holidays). Minimum 2 nights. 15% discount from 7 consecutive nights or more.

Detached house on 2 floors. Bedrooms on 1st floor (1x king size bed, 2x single beds, 1 sofa bed). Entrance, living room, equipped kitchen/dining space, bathroom and WC on ground floor. Private fenced terrace and garden, outdoor table, furniture and BBQ equipment.
This price is for up to 5 people and includes bedding, bath towels and wood for reasonable use. An additional compulsory cleaning fee 90€ per stay is chargeable.

The house sits within the orchard of the farm. It has a private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a terrace and a fenced South facing garden with views on the windmill of Zuidzande and the fields.

A bread oven, a granary and a garage… It has been all of that before becoming a cosy guest cottage for five people set in the middle of the orchard. We have restored it with care and local taste, re-opened the fire chimney and our electricity comes a 100% from renewable sources (wind).
Check-in and out
Check-in from 4:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am.
Accepted animals
Small animals are more than welcome for free as long as they stay in the fenced garden of the house as we have other animals on the property.

Cancellation
Free cancellation more than 30 days before the date of your stay.
Cancellation 7-29 days before the date of your stay: 80% of your stay will be charged.
In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the date of your stay or failure to arrive, the total amount will be charged.
